ZALLYS M7.5 - Pedestrian operated electric tug mainly designed for moving trailers. Particularly indicated for all vehicles that otherwise will need truck tractors for moving trailers through the manufacturing process and service centers. The M7.5 couples to the trailers on the rear part through an electric elevator adjustable in height and accessorized, standard, with a galvanized plate arranged for any type of customisation. Developing all the traction it needs by using the coupling system to transfer load weight to the drive wheel it can tow, push and steers wheeled loads up to 6.000 kg / 13.228 lbs (ballasts available on request). The M7.5 is equipped with a swivel tiller head that can steer 80°, with a safety sensor which allows to work only in the presence of assigned personnel. The motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that blocks off the vehicle preventing accidental slippery with the towed load while on ramps. Equipped with oil bath gear transmission. The compact size allows modern stage production process methods to be used while creating a safer working environment.
